Indian head massage is one of the most relaxing forms of massage you will ever receive .The upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face are massaged. IHM can be performed directly on the skin using oil or over the clothes, whatever you prefer.
This two evenings workshop will be held at my home in Grimsby or at Millfields Hotel, Bargate. Please notice that if you suffer from high blood pressure, epilepsy, migraine, diabetes, cancer, thrombosis or a heart condition you cannot book this workshop.
This is NOT a practitioner course, you will be able to perform IHM on friends and family.
